This is what I call pure underground. A primitive-looking tape J-card, a CDR with all three songs in one file, ruff productions and plenty of awesomeness. What we are dealing with here, ladies and gentlemen, is three tracks of very sincere heavy/black metal, lock stock and barrel. This is a one-man band and I will tell you this guy has a knack for this kind of sonic barbarity. Yup, this is a very good release, still “very” digital unfortunately, but I do hope someone will re-release these tracks on tape for instance. These songs oscillate somewhere between heavy metal and black and bands like MINOTAURI, PERKELE, VENOM and even old IRON MAIDEN come to mind. The last song, “Necromanti” is, in my view, sort of a blend of early MORTUARY DRAPE, ROTTING CHRIST and NECROMANTIA (all demo eras). Mystic, occult, fucking perfect. The bass is very prominent, it nicely adds heaviness to awesome riffs. Perfect, deep vocals. Drumming is a bit sloppy, true, but hell, this is a one-man band, hey. To me, this guy is already on the right path to making great and original music in the future.
