Vindicator- United We Fall [Slaney Records; 2012]

Vindicator appeared couple of times on Oldschool Metal Maniac recently. But I don’t think it’s anything bad, such a good band deserves a good support. After reviews of EP and split now it’s time for the latest full-length album by american thrash machine !

The first important change here is fact, that new singer entered Vindicator- new guitarist Vic Stown is in the charge for vocals. He’s doing a really good job, but to be honest I prefered Marshall Law behind the microphone. Still -United We Fall is the best album Vindicator made (so far, the band’s potential is so big, that I’m a 100% sure, that they are able to record something even better in the future). Song composing skill has been improved- that CD shows more complex face of the band, but still they didn’t lose any aggression. Still it’s fast, delicious thrash, with amazing riff, that will make you bang your head and amazing guitar solos ! It’s still Vindicator, they don’t experiment or try to find their “true self” or any similar thing. It’s the same band, but sounding right now a way better ! Every song here is a mine, where you can dig a hundred of gold riffs- check out “Fatal Infection”.

Let me conclude this album shortly- RIFFS, RIFFS, RIFFS !!! One of the best albums in the history of new wave of thrash metal ! Great potential used in an amazing way. Long live the Vindicator
