The debut demo of this Colombian three piece band from 2012 are five, classic sounding black metal anthems and an outro. Although the music itself is rooted somewhere in the black metal genre, which is quite characteristic for the Colombian scene and has its unique atmosphere, the power of this ascetic music is just amazingly strong. This scene does not stop to surprise, right. The music on this demo is simple to the bone and brings a huge dose of emotions. This material is played in slow and mid tempos, with sparking guitar solos and the bass put in the forefront. It all works fucking well. A good point are the vocals sung in Spanish which makes this music even more Infernal.

PRESAGIO has been active for the last 6 years only, but their music glorifies the old school of black metal. You can easily sense some elements of Satanic Thrash in their tunes – especially when we talk about the guitars. Sure, it is not too fast, this music, but destroys us with its venom and you can, under your skin, so to speak, feel there is some devil here in this music. La Infamia de Dios is a good listen and I do hope we`ll hear from this band again. Hem, this demo is three years old, and I do hope they won’t lay down their weapons and will carry the Infernal banner on their future releases.
