DEATHREAT- Zero Trust CD Deformeathing Prod. 2017

The debut album of DEATHREAT from Cracow will take you back to the 90s when death metal used to blend with punk and hard-core more often than these days. These nine tracks are one hell of good music, somewhere between Swedish death metal, DRILLER KILLER and CARNIVORE. Of course, it is a highly simplified comparison, as DEATHREAT don’t copy what these bands have created – just get inspired by them and that’s pretty much it.
This music is damn energetic, guitars have this typical Swedish sound = that’s a real explosive mixture, don’t you think guys? Zero Trust appears rather aesthetic all right, so don’t expect anything too complex or some twisted-kind-of-rhythm-riffs, hell no. It is all based on emotions not calculations, so expect sincere music, yup, a powerful punch between your eyes, factually.
Someone said that simplicity is power. Hell yeah, it is true. Zero Trust penetrates you really easily. In result, you feel like bang your head to this music, to every single track like crazy, no joke! Yes, these tracks are damn memorable which doesn’t happen too often these days, hey? Especially when it comes to bands like IMMOLATION or MESSUGAH. Say, this album is just motherfucking sonic mayhem – like faster MOTORHEAD so to say, how do you like it?
