Hey, I don’t think I need to introduce this legendary band to anyone. I am pretty sure everyone who`s into Brazilian music from the 80s, knows who these noble guys are, eh? HOLOCAUSTO have, since 1985, been tirelessly holding up the banner of extreme metal. They came to Berlin to take part in NWN fest some time ago. For that gig, the band had some new tracks ready as well as re-recorded demo Massacre plus two unreleased tracks. In total, we have six ultra-brutal black/death tracks in the old vein and no compromises whatsoever. These guys aint young no more, that’s very true, but still can play loud, can`t they! This is 23 minutes of fucking mayhem and there no time for a breather. I am really amazed how these guys were able to recreate the atmosphere of the eighties so well; both riff and production wise, of course. This one comes hotly recommended – you`ll listen to it with you mouth wide open! LWS.
