What an amazing hit this one is! An awesome reedition of old demos from now defunct OVERLORDfrom the city of Jaslo. A slab of solid, rough and crass death metal executed in a perfect way. This disk featuresthe Overlandand Everywheredemos – both from the mid-80. the Artwork is based on the original demos covers, with plenty of old pictures so this is a real blast from the past, ladies and gentlemen. What about the music here? BENEDICTION, GRAVE, DEATH`s debut album, OBITUARYand some other goodies. All executed in that peculiar filthy way, so characteristic of old times. No pointless remastering, no sound betterment. Who needs all this after all? And the sound is this disk`s brightest point. So filthy and rough. Well, hard to write anything about this stuff which, apparently, is quite popular now. This compilation disk is just a piece of good music. Unless it is already stored on your shelf, you better go order it right fucking now. Nice!
