ANTICHRIST HOOLIGANS is (relatively) a new band, but featuring a number of veterans fromBrazilianblack/death metal scene, members ofsuch well-known bands as NECROBUTCHER or OSCULUM OBSCENUM,for instance. With a ratherlimited number of releases (demos, ep and so on) behind their belt, this is their full length recording from 2013. Yes, as mentioned, these well-seasoned vets have the musical past and this is hearable: the execution of the songs is just spotless. On the other hand, this album sounds routine a little bit. Like, you know, there is no more youthful rebellion in these sounds, no feelings. Of course, this is a very good blend of thrash/punk to please all who needs this kind of rabid chaos and I am sure there`ll be many around. Still, yes, this important (in my view) factor is missing…
