This sort of old school metal music is my favourite. WHIPSTRIKER adores old school metal music traditions, so deeply rooted into the 80s, and is, undeniably, heavily influenced by VENOM. Doesn’t bother me at all, coz this is good stuff especially - In Fires of Helland Forget the Future. Like these a lot, enjoying each and every note of these songs, so strongly suffused with 80s music. Frantic vocals kill and then we get this KREATOR`s Endless Paincover song. To finish us off, we get another cover song, ENTOMBED`sWhen Life Has Sensed…enough to knock us down for good, no joke. But hey, it`sHATE THEM ALLturn now and their two devilish songs, so typical of their black metal style. Also, they provide us with two cover songs: IMPALED NAZARENE`sBlood is Thicker than Water and quite surprisingSKID ROW`sRiot Act. Ok, I must say I am more into WHIPSTRIKER`s sort of music, but this split, in general, is one of the better ones I have recently listened to. Good job guys, indeed!
